Covid changed a lot of laws in blue states like mine.

I'm in the middle of turning the biggest unit I have (a detached house on shared lot with a couple duplexes) in SnoCo (my new favorite home away from home for investing - the best tradeoff between investing close to home and keeping out of the deepest blue areas of WA IMO)   The tenants in this unit were inherited when I bought the property about 2 years ago and had been allowed to move in by the prior owner as they were friends.   

DSCR lenders have much lighter qualification requirements than conventional or portfolio lenders, such as no DTI, income verification, or tax return hurdles that can slow down or disqualify loans.

When I was 15 I said that I want to learn Blue Collar JOBs first.

I like the blue and gold color scheme. 

Didn't see that coming when I bought my duplex all those years ago.It's still a pretty blue-collar hood.

You can discuss the pros and cons of policies etc but no arrows at persons or demographics is permitted - no bashing of trump or biden or democrats or republicans or conservatives or liberals or blue states or red states etc.

There are also blue tooth enabled deadbolts that unlock when you get close with an arm full of groceries.

@Joe DeliaDo you think legalzoom.com is stealing business from lawyers, Kelly Blue Book is stealing business from car dealerships, and Lowes is stealing business from the mom-and-pop hardware store?

Its definitely a blue collar city.
