I do remember that they put an access code at the main entrances and once you entered... you walked down old hallways that still looked like an old school hallway with the condo entrance doors to the left and right.

As for me, I simply got my free tools and left(got a flip calculator, book on negotiations and other things).

There should not be much left after 6-7 years. 

Then, with what's left, I'll start again with flip and BRRR until I can buy another big apartment complex and so forth.I hope this was useful.Best regards,Kevin

I’ve gotten new bids and now it’s costing double the money to have another contractor come in and pick up where the previous one left off.This is a very sad situation I’m just not sure on how to handle the next steps.

When the property manager followed up with the husband he said he had moved out and wouldn't be paying rent anymore (5 months left on lease @1250/month).Our property manager filed an eviction notice with the court, gave the tenants required time to collect belonging before taking the unit back. 

We are looking to save enough to be able to purchase the property and hopefully have some left over for repairs.  

They did, but of course they didn't clean the place when they left, and they flushed a washcloth down the toilet and we ended up paying the week's worth of water/sewer.Anyway....a bad vibe at this point won't likely get better.
