@Erin P.Good Morning,I currently am running two sets of marketing campaigns; one in the Gentilly area and a Blanket one across the entire Orleans Parish:As a Licensed Realtor, I have 3 current first-time home buyers looking in the Gentilly area close to Brother Martin HS between Elysian Fields and Franklin.

I am a new up and coming real estate investor with very little experience in the field.

I'm ready to get out of the medical field and not leave my children to go to work, I work nights weekends and holidays.. just a little tired of it.

When I put the block box around it I ran a perforated pipe out 10 feet and made a small drain field to make sure no water can build up in it , and the soil is sand .

and as hundreds move into this field you will have a few that will climb the mountain and get those kind of relationships with their money partners.

I am a new member here on bigger pockets and I hope to gain as much knowledge and friends possible in the real estate market.I am currently looking for any rehabbers/flippers in the Los Angeles area who wouldn't mind being a mentor to me and helping me get a hands on experience in this field, if you are not one but can refer someone that will also be appreciated.Thank you and I am excited to be a part of the bigger pockets family!

Make sure there is not a lease on the fields , check for right of ways .Offer less see what happens
