@Alaziz Bridgeforth for me what I would do is direct mail to the cash buyer and say I saw that you purchased a property at XYZ ( I am a wholesaler and I come across alot of deals in your area can you please give me a call or email me so I can add you to my buyers list ( abra-kadbrah) ( you have a buyer) also try fake craiglist ads ( something ( nickruiz suggested from his book flip) 

As I'm sure you know, there is a huge problem in the business with fraud and also with fake escrow companies and fake wire instructions.

A few of the major employers (Monsanto, Boeing, Express Scripts and a few manufacturing plants) are planning for expansion in 2017, which will also help bolster the local economy.

Also, add up several flowering plants to give the open space a green look.

So on the ten year minimum investment, where do you plant your flag?

Man, I could go on a similar rant about what I call the FAKE and REAL worlds of real estate investing in general.  

The fake wood veneer is thermally fused right to the particleboard and has virtually no thickness to it.

What if they photoshop themselves a good fake one for the month(s) they pay late, and you can't prove otherwise in court when you try to claim they owe you rent for month 12. 

If the trench is for catchment only, and not diversion of water, it will need to be massive, and may look more like a pond when full... but if you plant it right (native wetland plants) you should be able to handle huge amounts of water.

That being said, I'm starting to look in other metro areas such as Plant City for lower entry points and strong demand.
