Or are you trying to say that because you told the tenant "take a look at it" that that was supposed to be code the tenant would understand to mean give you a call with an estimate before any work was done?

For July they thought you used 300 W based on an estimate. 

But there are no rehabs to estimate or manage.

If I'm one of those buyers that doesn't mind purchasing site unseen fixer-upper property, not having some kind of estimate of work needed, I wouldn't mind this!

@Allen Li most county appraiser websites now have “tax estimators “ on their site so that you can know for sure what the new tax amount will be
