Appropriate pricing and accurate property descriptions are a must to temper guest expectations.A friend of mine knows much more about the complex and can probably speak to how the complex is run.

I have met a few other neighbors who range from cool to very friendly, but none are complaining to the extent of this neighbor.

It is pretty simple, so I will throw in a quick description of the basic principal.  

This is a good place to start, I've met a few people on here that have helped me out a lot.

They will need the address and legal description of the property to look up its zoning. 

I am not sure if a shed falls under this description of 'personal property'. 

Reconsider your price point, take some new photos, change up the description, etc and see if that helps at all.
