@Jim BlackburnHere’s the plan I follow and it’s yet to be determined if it really is the golden ticket but I think it’s atleast up there with other plans I hear folks do Hustle at your job to earn extra money Use the extra money to buy off market apartment units from burnt out landlords Take the cash flow from them and purchase cheap single family homes at auctions / tax sales Keep the apartments but Sell the houses on lease options or owner finance at 9.9% to tenant buyers and reload them when they default
