Two others are looking and have not found anything.Sadly, the country is polarized and is polarizing a bit more with relation to big business.  

Good article - I own a large corporate housing company that services the entire country - our average stay is 2.5 months - if you can find long term tenants, it’s great.

I like Jacksonville because we have the largest urban park system in the country and I have two children 3 years old and 5 months old.

I am also looking to meet other investors in NJ or around the country to talk strategy etc. 

We have 2-3 places elsewhere in the country we want to raise kids where we also have trusted friends/family who are renters.

@Joshua Rosenwald There are a ton of attractive markets all over the country.

A lot of vacationers (& snow birds) in many areas of the country have no problem staying in a manufactured home if well cared for and amenities are available.

With the cost of construction rising so rapidly, we're trying to create really streamlined and efficient plans that also create great spaces for people and can be built quicker or less costly.We're down in San Jose, but do work all over the country (and globe), and were speaking with a group in Newport, OR just the other day about a 5-6 unit development.Please feel free to DM me if you'd like to chat about it.
