If you are an investor and a wholesaler approaches you with a deal, what info do you need to have before committing to it?

I was thinking worse comes worse I'd take out the kitchen (or in my current case, not create a full kitchen while I live down there), I can call the townhouse a 4/2 if I were to try selling.I'm still exploring this idea so nothing is committed at this time.

Then this would be you committing securities fraud.

It's the provider and their commitment to you that will make the difference long term.

Newbie to REI but definitely committed.

You can use criminal history, but have to have a reason that makes sense to disqualify the person based on the crime they committed.  

I'll figure that out over time, but I'd appreciate any comments about how much of a time commitment we're realistically talking about.

I'm not an attorney, so entertainment only; To pierce the corporate veil is extremely hard, only if you commit some act like fraud, could someone do that.
