College students always need a rental.

A gentleman (let's call him Bob) called me and asked me if I took section 8; after which he launched into speech of needing to run for mayor, getting involved with gun control, earning his 3rd degree and fighting for the whales.  

Yes, I worked with an agent who also happened to be a teammate of mine in college!

I feel like it'll just be complete rejection given that I'm in college with little work history.

But there are still people who live there, even though the majority of high school and college graduates move away for jobs, these are not ghost towns people still live there and people still rent houses.Investors I've known have bought property in such places, and I've told them to expect no appreciation and expect that when you sell you'll get what you paid and little more.

Well, most people into marketing don't ave math degrees.
