Chris rehabbed it all summer to make the place habitable for us, and we began occupying in November 2014.

I checked out njmls.com but that only shows for sales and not rentals.Thanks again.Depending on what time of the year its listed (late spring/early summer is better for rentals I have found), the condition of the property, and it its priced right, it could rent much quicker.

I just graduated from college so I haven't been working full time for very long but I have had two summer internships.

I know this is asked often, but should I go dave ramsey style and take the next three or four years putting everything i make on paying off the dept or use the nice chunk of money (15k) should have saved up by this summer to invest in OOS (currently live in north jersey).
