I have a twin brother and we both want to invest, he has they exact background as I stated for myself (go figure), we have an excellent relationship and want to invest together, do y’all recommend this?

As stated above, I came from a terrible environment (Camden, NJ) and the last thing I want is for my younger brother a little sister is to become a statistic.

Need some advice here. 2 of my brothers and I are going to purchase a house for $715k and turn it into a large AirBnb in Memphis TN.

Good morning BPs,I'm relatively new to REI and am starting a new venture with some of my military brothers in wholesaling and flipping.

The property is an old Christian Brother's home, so it's a bit of a warren and could be good for AirBNBs or short term lettings.

I have been in discussions with my brother about partnering on REI and we thought that we could start our partnership by going 50/50 on this live-in flip we are finishing.
