It lists the dog breed and weight then outlines their responsibilities - basically they are solely responsible for the dog, they have to pick up after the dog, the dog is not allowed to run free and they are responsible to any and all damage the dog causes.

I will hit upon a few things that weren’t touched upon already in the processes in the main body of the book, so here are a few nuggets for you now.The following observations are done after you have already performed the formal screening procedures.

I want to be sure that if we do use the inserts, the cavities (where the counterbalance weights now move) are air-sealed and filled with some good insulation (probably cellulose or spray foam).  

While many still dismiss the issue of sea level rise, the military is actually taking it seriously, and this lecture was for future military leaders currently attending their Masters program, so you'd think even skeptics would agree it should carry some weight.  

It would do us all good to put more weight on his advice.

For what it's worth, the MBA probably would hold more weight if you decided to do something else or just in general.

., "you don't seem happy here; if you want, I'll let you out of your lease and you can find another place to rent").This tends to "draw up" certain body parts of the complaining tenant as they are sometimes under the mistaken assumption that their complaining means you get to be the "bad guy" toward the tenant they are complaining about.  

My point, remain vacant vs dropping prices just to get warm bodies in!
