When I started this whole process I knew that was one thing I wanted to avoid.

After biting my tongue to avoid the stream of profanities I wanted to unleash, I asked why.

What things should I avoid?

This not only avoids problems with the seller if they happen to see your ad, but also shows that you and your company are up front and honest from the start.

For me, these are two red flags I try to avoid.

Its a convoluted situation and one I would personally avoid.
