Cheap, easy to change out, and they tend to last forever based on my experience.If they are currently installed in actual windows I would consider doing through the wall installation as I replaced them..

If you barely glue it down in a few spots, or attach with thin double sided tape, you can replace that every few years as needed.

Also, the floor had some big cracks and looked bad and this was a home built in 1904 with a brick basement, common for the area which is a hot area of higher priced older homes here, so I had the three walls removed and replaced with new block walls, a drain tile and sump pump system put in and a new floor poured on top.

So, I'm wondering which way to go here, the budget is fairly tight on this one when I add up everything that's needed, so I'm not looking to spend money if I don't have to here.I see three options:1-replace the siding with new siding, in which case I'd replace all of it and make it all the same.

While OpenDoor will not replace wholesalers, they will make tight markets even tighter - especially in non-disclosure states where accurate comp data is difficult and expensive to obtain - and skinner margins even thinner.

This one is vacant and needs about $1300 in repairs, including replacing the stolen water tank, but I only paid 5k for it on a land contract with only 1k down, 3% interest on balance, and my guy says it will be ready and rented in about a week.I don't tell you all this to scare you but rather to stress that, in my opinion, having a quality manager is key to having success in an out of state situation.
