You are basically describing turn key providers.They buy distressed properties, rehab them, get them stable with tenants and then sell to investors.

We also have turn keys properties come available quite often.

They're both good sources to see what is trending!

I believe egresses are allowed to be locked as long as both have a key.

Even a sandbox that locks which tenants could check a key out for.
