The house is in an LLC name and has no income anymore and is broke.

They probaby exist and but will take your money and leave you broke at the end.

They don't think well financially and 80% of them are broke and the good ones are completely engrossed in customer relationships and networking most of which is not that useful to you as an owner of rental homes. 

I havent had a tenant yet come back to me and say that the shower curtain broke and you need to fix it.

I typed "Write me a review of a guest who stayed with us, checked out late and was unapologetic about it, moved lots of things around without returning them back to their original position, and broke a couple of items." 

If I was only doing business with people i liked personally i'd be broke

Otherwise, how are funds being recouped after costly evictions involving broke people?

Real Estate guys & girls - Please let me know what experiences you’ve had in dealing with Cozy or Zillow’s rent collecting service.  

I don't want my future to depend that heavily on me being present at work so I am looking at other income generating options.I have had an interest in real estate for about 10 years, but being a broke college student and having to obsessively focus on my studies was not conducive to getting into real estate.
