I look at these projects as I move through the markets I work in  out east  MS AL OH MO etc etc.. and especially MS you look at a project that was built 5 years ago and its run down and no pride of ownership on 80% of them and basically just crap.

If you aren't familiar with "subject to" it is where a buyer takes ownership of the property subject to the current mortgage.

I am afraid your strategy of using additional insured status to circumvent the lender being notified of the change in title ownership will just give your carrier reason not to pick up coverage in the event a claim arises.
