Recently, I got accepted into the University of Maryland MBA program.

I also have a masters but not in real estate (MBA) but love working and investing in this field.

Bank reconciliations, LOL, putting the steps of a reconciliation is a trick question stating it in English for accountants, was an entry test question to write out in essay form for government auditors and examiners.

Hypothetical question that I may use to write an essay on for my current real estate class; was hoping to have an opinion on it!

I got My MBA in 2013 and after a year of working, I decided I need some more income outside of the 9-5 grind.I purchased the town-home  last year and 2 weeks later had tenants eager to move in and (first mistake) signed them to a 2 yr lease.

I have stretched myself pretty thin for now: twin toddlers, school (MBA), full time job, and 4 y/o in little league.

I had grad students taking undergrad accounting to catch up for an MBA and it was like busting rock getting managerial accounting through to them.
