I ESPECIALLY don't need them to censor speech of ANY kind regardless of how repulsive or inflammatory it might be.

They have the power to limit free speech, focus advertising to control thought and they collect massive amounts of personal information.

You then need to decide whether you wish to continue an interest in this property.My partner has a long background in roof and truss design and building (his family owned a truss company and early on he began working there). 

So if anyone has a really good elevator speech to kick things off and maybe a good tri-fold brochure to leave with them  would be very grateful.

There are many resources out there that are just fluff, motivational speeches, and just feel-good rhetoric. 

The roof currently leaks around the gutter/soffit area and has rotted some of the truss/ decking/soffit wood.
