.#4 you recognize their truck and realize that where you've noticed it is that it's always at your local bar. #5 not saying everyone who's ever been to jail is a bad person but alot of these hacks have been in and out jail a few times. #6 people tend to hire employees that are alot like themselves.

Generally, young, single people want to live in walkable parts of town, either urban core or inner ring suburbs with bars and restaurants to walk to.

As you said, none of us have a crystal ball, but it is unlikely prices go up anytime soon barring a miracle.

Those of you who have a Bar as a tenant, how are you handling the current situation?
