My dad was career AF, so I know how big of an accomplishment it is to hit 20.

Was with multiple brokerages in his real estate career.

Real Estate sales is my second career and I am loving it.

I am in the starting blocks of my real estate career.

My goal/vision is to start my career is to build up enough capital through Wholesaling, and begin investing that in Buy/Hold properties.

My goal for real estate investing is to create additional revenue streams so that I don't have to rely on my "day job" to support my family and can become career independent.

Not sure what the draw to wholesaling is .. could not think of a more risky way to get into the business.. granted some do well at it but its no better than blowing 50k at a guru seminar.. its all the same.. spend money on direct mail do al lthis and that and end up with nothing at the end of the day.. what ever happened to getting into a career and working your way up... somehow that message got lost.but there are enough wholeslaers who do well that it keeps the dreamers coming on thinking they will wholesale of ra while until they get enough money to buy and hold.. is that not how it goes ?

Get a deal, your entire career depends on your ability to get deals.

First I would like to apologize if this question was already asked I'm knew to this forum.My question is before even thinking of investing should I get a career in real estate like an appraiser or anything else in that same field?
