I feel the numbers are to good to be true and I feel my big learning curve would be how much it would cost me for rehab when my numbers are close to 10k for repairs, is it ok if you can share what your repair expenses were on a home of maybe 900 to 1300 sqf?

I offer syndications, but I also offer true partnerships on smaller deals where the investor is more involved.

It's true you can purchase real estate with other people's money, but you will need to bring something else to the table.Perhaps you can focus on finding the great deals, then finding others who have the capital how great the deal is then partner with them on it.Best of luck!
