Hi, Hopefully posting this to the right forum category.i did an inspection today on a commercial property consisting of 2 office buildings (4 tenants in one building and 1 tenant in the other with one vacancy) and a residential unit (2 tenants). 

Everytime i called and ask him he kept saying he will deposit to me today.... what should i do?

So, as far as you know, there should be no issue in doing the 1031 exchange today and then moving the new DST investment property into an irrevocable trust (with potentially different taxpayer ID as current owner) within a few months?

Also our lot was once a larger lot subdivided a few years ago, because he cant remember where it was installed....technically today it could be on the neighbors lot.
