Since I currently invest in Buffalo and Kansas City I have these words set up for my account which automatically sends me a text and email if any new forum posts are made which include the words "Buffalo"and "Kansas City".In regards to the six properties you purchased in 2005 do you still own these today?

., the onus is on the contractor to make all the arrangements to get the material to the job; they can't point a finger at someone else holding them up because "you" bought the wrong/not enough material; who pays if they damage the material; if there is a material failure, the contractor isn't likely to cover the cost of their labor to repair/replace if they didn't supply the product; and so on.

Waste of time for an agent to anything more than put you on their Top Producer daily e mails .Which if you don't know what top producer e mails are you should start there .. most agents will do this for you over the phone.. it will give you an e mail each morning of new listings that meet your criterion.
