You can still do real estate stuff on the side, maybe getting yourself more educated, networking, looking for opportunities to get involved.It is not just about arriving at your goal it is about progressing toward your goal by incremental steps.

Overall I do believe it's going to be a great stepping stone and learning experience as well as friendship and partnership.

@Jim K.Want to add this.The tenant is allowing to stay her boyfriend in the property who is not in the lease which Is vIolatIng the lease.When asked to include, she is claiming “retaliation”.What is the next steps?.
