I planned to move it into LLP after a year due to Freddie Mac restrictions.I’ve done my own research and seems the rates are worse then what I’d get as a 2nd home for LLP. 

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can't afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland.

(My plan is to consolidate that debt and pay off loc within 18 months, then potentially use it as down payment on another building)I’m feeling a little stuck and looking for some advice.

Each month that would save 600 gallons and each year 7,200 gallons.

In two years you could have saved over $10,000 and it would pay for the roof.

If you sell for $600k and it only costs you $20k because you save $20k in commissions to yourself.

You can maybe save some cash and just get a single line virtual dialer like Vonage Business or Ring Central (look for month to month only), you don't need a massive power dialer right off the bat (another $150-$250 per month).
