We have considered the possibility of revenue generation through renting the home on AirBnB during a particular week of the year that draws tons of people and rentals go through the roof.

I am over-ambitious and know that in the past I have thrown myself into the deep end of projects, so I am working to try and educate myself a bit more and build out my resources - any advice is greatly appreciated!

There are two very large housing projects on Michigan that are issues.

I have a 12 unit and it is a wonderful investment; having all the tenants under one roof makes management a breeze.
