To no surprise whatsoever nothing on their end of the bargain was upheld, this time the added property damage due to A's beating B down and putting a holes in the quest room, which they both have said they were not going to fix, B has threaten to burn my house down, A trying to get physical with me but failed, a neighbor calling police one day when I was at work due to the horrific sounds B makes when A has had enough for B excessive onset of verbal insult after insult and mental abuse towards A.

You did not mention your city, so I don't know how busy they are but I would take my chances or do not physically move out and just spend extra time at your parent's if they are in the same city but you don't rent it out until after one year.AirBnB's do not work everywhere and more of your time is needed to furnish and maintain it.

Those two hypothetical fourplexes might appraise identically, but a lot of people would see solid value in getting to do their own tenant screening and include provisions in the lease that are important to them, since $6k might very well be less than the all-in cost of a single eviction, or remediating damage from a meth lab, etc.It's also possible the appraiser screwed up, and if you think that's the case then you'd be wagering another appraisal fee on that.

However regardless if an item is from its build date, even if it was 100 years ago, generally anything that affects life safety, egress, fire hazard/separation or habitant well being (light & air) is proactive and must meet today's codes.
