Paige isn't EVER going to be let in no matter how nice and "lady like" and polite she might be AND if she did get in they'd probably just sexually harass her. 

If you cant refi my bet would be to pile up the cash in a separate account so that you can build up a nice down payment for another duplex. 

I plan on refinancing afterwards so any good lenders in the area would be nice to know of as well.

This could allow you to get into a nice place and likely live nearly mortgage free!

He/she can also take you to visit any property that is currently on the market.

In my market the pet friendly units are not nice and I would have just assumed that it was not just the landlords and non-pet owner tenants that realized this.

But these are things we'd be doing on any house we bought anyway, nice to know that our little unit is paying for it!
