Hey guys quick investor question, how would a private lending deal work if you're a long-term buy-n-hold investor that's trying to use private lenders to acquire a deal from a wholesaler who tied the contract up from the seller using creative?

We can occasionally sneak them in during the check out & cleaning period b/n guests but it's a 4-6hr window, or they can buy during the semi-off season we have from Jan to April.

Remember when I brokered the highest priced SFR in my little town ( 425k) and my client paid cash I could not imagine who had that kind of cash.. he was retired at 45 and owned 3 goodyear tire shops and was in the NO debt camp.. another partner of mine owned garbage companies and recycle facilities NO debt. his balance sheet was all assets everything paid for Millions in high end real estate Napa Valley Lake Tahoe hunting ranchs in N.
