Hello, I am new to the Real Estate business only really just financing my first home earlier this summer. I am interested in real estate and want to get into wholesaling. I am looking to meet people and learn the ropes.

I wanted to see if anyone has thoughts and/or experiences with Clever Investor mentoring programs versus Rich Dad Mentoring program.

And I don't have much to offer in return for advice or mentors.

My long term goal is to completely replace my income as an auto tech, with real estate cash flow.Right now I'm in the education phase; reading articles, listening to the BP podcast, and practicing my analysis skills.I can't wait to find peers, mentors and team members to get this journey started.

You should seek out a mentor who is investing and figure out what type of strategies you find most appealing.  

Or would you perhaps seek a mentor…A long and convoluted question i know, but i'm not sure where to start. 

I am actively seeking a mentor here in the Charleston & surrounding area to allow me the privilege to learn and assist as they see fit.

Another option would be to partner up with a mentor and try doing a low end flip.

Find a mentor and work for them and learn the biz.
