Hello BPI'm still fairly new to the game and need to help a friend out with Real Estate information.

The first deal was owned by a friend of my dad's, so that one kind of fell into his lap.

Remember credit lines are your friend and cash should be turned into more assets and not just sit around. 

Using my own journey, I have been able to pull the curtain back on real estate investing showing my friends, family and team members how, with massive action, it is possible to gain wealth through real estate. 

I was a mortgage broker from 2004-2009, my father is a contractor and I have several friends that are realtors - so, the industry as a whole is not new to me. 

On time, budget friendly, great communication.

Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly/savvy, responsive, creative, CLIENT SERVICE focused lender in FL? 

Not only does my team lead do this but my friend and someone else I know also does this.
