I do not believe all tax accessors work the same for ever county.

The way we do it is by sending the same postcard every month, forever.

Different seasons may bring different height water tables.Have you dug or bored a test hole to see where the water table is (now), it might be at 3 feet and 9 feet and 60 feet and 250 feet, etc...as underground streams cross over each other at different levels.Are you prepared to handle the water issue forever if you dig and it leaks?

Normally T-Bills have dismal returns so it won't last forever, but as long as the FEDs continue to raise interest rates this will be a good investing strategy for people who want this car interest thing to just be taken care of so they don't have to think about it and can still have access to their money.

Parts are easy, the fridges are cheap, run forever.

That's a drop in the bucket in terms of data and investment stability.Real estate has been around since forever and has proven itself as the best method of accumulating wealth over the past several hundred years. 

I could go on forever and there are books that do a better job; hope this helps.  

In Seattle and WA state,(with hidden criminal records) for example, or just bad luck,  if I should get a LTR gang-banger, or whatever,  he's there forever and you can't get rid of him.

Without this legal process numerous homes and properties would remain abandoned forever with no clear way for someone to claim possession if the former owner has no heirs.

If it's that good of a deal the pain of the tax won't stay with you forever.
