I guess you see this kind of posts everyday so I'll try not to waste any of your time too much guys.I'm Yosi, 31yo with ~190K$, no experience in real estate just yet but I'm keen on learning and I know this will be MY way of financial freedom.To educate myself, I'm here reading your posts, reading the guides and listening to the podcasts but I still have zero experience in the field my self.My goal/mission is to reach a net income of 3K$ in rental money.

It would take me 1.5 hours to do the dishes by hand every day, and my back would be killing me afterwards.

I have to imaging finding a GOOD contractor to partner with can lead to great things.I also have a full time job, this would allow me to NOT have to visit every day and give me more peace of mind (assuming things go well).  

We're learning about more people who are willing to help finance homes and take over rehabs everyday.

There are some trades where the guys are just so much faster than I would be because they do it every day.
