(I would like to know that answer too, I am pretty sure my county creates an electronic file minimum within 30 days...I have seen records of foreclosure sales at the courthouse steps online within 48 hours of the auction).You do need to be aware of your state foreclosure laws and liens that survive auction (mechanics liens are one, maybe the only one in Texas but not sure).Another issue is getting insurance after purchase jwithout a sellers disclosure stating the roof's age and disclosing known defects or an inspection report.
