The RICH Club and The Wealth Club here in Houston both offer different versions of a "Newbie" club / meeting fairly often and that may be a good place for you to meet other new investors in the area.I like to think of real estate in terms of a time vs. money trade-off.

The board does not get direct emails from other home owners, we pay a manager to do that.Outside of making as much noise as possible a german shepherd would be a better investment to keep the landscaper off your wall than making a lawyer rich.

I agree Don, find 3, 4, 5 rich guys, put deals together between 2 or 3 and move on. :)
