Get involved in a local Real Estate Club and meet everyone.  

Go to local REI clubs, etc.   

So, you are spending all your time and a fortune looking for new clients, looking for workers and dealing with problems when workers don't show up.I really don't know why or how people listen to snake oil salesmen and don't counter their b.s. with these issues.

I have been fortunate enough to work with some awesome REIs across the country who have outgrown "out-of-the-box" CRM offerings for a multitude of reasons...

I was considering joining the local club as well.

Fortunately, I've had a few people respond offline to give me some leads on brokers that are willing to work with agents who wholesale.

It’s called the Real Estate Investors Club of Kansas.

My research criteria:Job numberseconomy in stateinfrastructure spending how many people moving into this State per monthhow many companies in fortune 500 have their headquarters in this StateFinally........ but a BIG ONE...... inventory......... if inventory is low and there is more demand than supply... it can only mean one thing.........

I did happen to mention the MD insurance commissioner is in the same hunting club .
