I would not put to much weight behind the Nar stat above, no more than I would when they say the "average price of RE in the US = X" What happens in CT vs WY vs CA are huge differences and the RE market is local, not national.

I believe the biggest risks for syndicated deals now are:- Poor Underwriting (Less so cap rates and more timeframe, expenses, and potential rent upside)- Poor Physical Due Diligence (You need to find where the bodies are buried!)
