My company and others like Lowe's and Home Depot tend to have the same advertised prices.

Ask yourself this....do you think you can find a buyer on your own who is willing to pay more for the property than everyone else who has seen this property, both agents and their buyers, during all the time it has been listed and advertised to the world?

Alternately, there are a number of regional funds advertised on sites like iFunding.com and others.In all these cases, you'll need to be accredited.If you're looking for a CFP who will get you into this so you don't have to think about it, expect steep fees and start looking for those serving high net worth folks or calling themselves "wealth managers".
