I like the e-sign particularly for the reasons you listed - being able to sign and send them a copy without having to print of 80+ pages (my lease and all addendums comes to just over 40 pages) and then deliver or mail them a copy.

I suggest this for a couple of reasons:1) Tenants can easily alter the credit report/history they supply you; and 2) The fine print of the service agreement to which the applicant consented prior to pulling their credit report, undoubtedly states they are not allowed to share the report or use it for any purpose but informing themselves of their credit score.
