@Jacob Michal if you want to expand your network you need to go to the KREIA meetings in L-ville. 100s of investors under 1 roof at their meetings.

I have about 10K saved up, other than networking and expanding knowledge, what could I be doing?

Our City is expanding in all directions. 

I built it for the LTR properties, and expanded it for the STR.  

Cant do everything myself. expand my network of resources.

I'm initially looking at SFR and small MFR, but am also looking to eventually expand into larger MFRs.I've been in Huntsville, AL for about 2 years and absolutely love it! 

I'd like to expand my reach, bc these longer short-term rentals are more lucrative and less work. :) Very helpful!

Don't know your situation work-wise/family-wise, but may be worth expanding search area a bit and see if you can find anything attractive that way if possible.
