A commission listed on the MLS plano is for MLS members only (not alot of people know that because listing agents choose to pay a co-broke without checking the other agent's status).If you have a separate commission agreement (which obviously you would have to call something else because you can not make a commission as an unlicensed person), you would need to make it a part of the contract by mentioning it as Addenda within the contract.

My rentals are in one of the most affordable spots in the nation, so I don't see the city or state seeing a need for rent control anytime in the foreseeable future...but politicians do love to fix things that aren't broke and ignore things that are broke.
