Maybe plan a trip to Pittsburgh when there's a networking event and meet up with some agents to see properties and understand the neighborhoods.

@Pablo Miguel HernandezA good piece of advice may be to try to see what you can get here in LA for 1-1.5M in terms of duplex/triplex/fourplex, and take a 3-4 day trip out here to see some of the properties.

I am going to take a trip in early Oct. to explore all 3 areas with investing in mind but I would love some input from people who either live in any of these areas or that have current properties there.
