I'll give some generalized advice that has helped me tremendously:-never stop actively networking.

This industry has already suffered tremendous loss over the past week, and that's not likely to resolve itself quickly. 

That sounds tremendous, but it represents just 1.8% of the state.

Real estate is not a liquid investment, the in and out costs are tremendous, leases and tenants will bog down any sale. 

My wife and I just purchased our home here in San Diego October of 2018, the value has gone up tremendously already in that short time, and now we are planning to refi and rent it out when we do. 

Getting our first 2 Family House that we are house hacking has taught me about extra monthly income, and taken a tremendous amount of pressure off of me as a Providor.
