Here we go again....Now the same folks who pushed that owning a home is a right for everyone in the 90's ( we know how that turned out) is now asking fannie and freddie to loosen up the rules...It may be a good solution if it opnes up the doors to allow property to be sold quicker..

The only real possible solution to the condo, HOA, issue IMO is to be able to purchase the actual condo or HOA and dissolve it by a one time special assessment which gives the owners all rights to their properties without any chance of any other fees.

I have to let everyone know that I do affiliate with the underwriter that does this, and I'm not saying you should use them but I'm sure they can come up with another solution.
