I have a Meetup Group that goes over all of what you are asking.To get to the point for you, you need to buy out of state if you want to grow wealth with rentals. 

Or...you could talk to an attorney and start your own C Corp (for investing in real estate) and then roll over your 401k via a ROBS (roll over for business something).  

I am new to this market and would like some recommendations for agents that work with out of state investors.

We have a duplex and a lake townhouse that we rent long and short-term out of state so we have some experience as landlords.

Recently moved to the poconos and a lot of wealthy people move to the area from NYC and neighboring states, seems like finding buyers will not be hard if the deal is rightlove to get the conversation started and please correct me if I’m wrong on any point.
