And he charged me an extra $85 for a random excel file that took 5 minutes of his time.Actually I talked with a bunch of CPAs and they said the $1100 is right in line with my situation, it's what most real estate CPAs would charge for my situation.Whether it's $1100, $500, or $5000, I for the life of my cannot understand why I can't get a reply from a professional.
