Here is a new bit of information that I just learned, one of my friends that owns a business on the same street just notified me of a retail plaza with seven shops, sold last year on the Auction block for 240K.What kind of an affect will this have on the value of the property I am looking at.

If they have to sell, and are willing to sign a contract in seven days, then you must be relentless in your followup!

It all worked out for the best, I got to keep the companies that were registered, and am moving forward full-speed ahead!

There are quite a few steps in between that I believe will become automatic eventually but are rather cumbersome when you start out.I have sent out two lists of 100 letters each and I have seen a 1% response rate.

I was considering opening a ROTH/Self Directed IRA and having it deposited there automatically, so at least I'm building some kind of retirement fund, that I can invest with, but I also have a Brokerage account I could deposit this money to and use it to trade stock/options.
