If you keep up with them (periodic screen and recoat) they are very much price-competitive with any other option, and are a higher quality option that does get houses filled faster.If your comps are going to hardwood, they are no longer comps if you are using one of the lower-end alternatives.I wouldn't think twice, for an 'A' level rental.
